As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, Camille was honored by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in Washington, DC, for her work in opera and concert. Of the honor, Camille says, “My love affair with music really began when I was little, singing old Spanish songs that my father played on his guitar. So my Hispanic heritage is really woven into my earliest musical memories, and into my vocal identity, in a way. This honor means the world to me, and I thank the members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus for all they do during our Heritage Month and year-round.” ¡Felicidades, Camille!
